1. Well, the first advice is to drink more green tea each day. I was not really much of a tea drinker, but once they discovered that green tea can do for you, quickly added that the provision of drinks in my diet! If you consume at least one cup a day will help increase your metabolism, remove toxins from your body, decreased feelings of hunger, and more!

3. Now, this advice has been for me since I had so many problems with cravings (especially late at night). What I recommend for you to do is have some kind of protein (my favorite was a protein shake) and high-fiber vegetables like celery. You could even mix of fiber and protein together, and a stalk of celery with peanut butter (rich in proteins) about it! When you combine these nutrients, so do not just want to urge calm, also feel very full and you give your body the key nutrients to help build lean muscle while you sleep!
Bonus tip: Instead of having a monster few company meals throughout the day, what I recommend for you to do is have 4-6 small meals per day. What this will do is to keep the feeling of fullness throughout the day and help you increase your metabolic rate significantly … which in turn should you lose stomach fat fast as lightning!
